BAD IDEA
Is it possible to fry ice?
Frying ice is like trying to BBQ a snowman—mostly just a big mess of steam and splatters.
Ice melts instantly and turns to water as soon as it touches hot oil, causing dangerous splattering and violent steam explosions. Instead of frying, you’ll end up with a hot, wet chaos that no kitchen gadget was made for. So yes, technically you can throw ice in a pan, but frying it? That’s a one-way ticket to burned skin and ruined cookware.
